Recipe courtesy of Martha Stewart. I attempted the caramel sauce and failed miserably. While doing so, my cookie cooled a bit longer than I would have liked and the ice cream didn't melt, oozing over the chocolate. The cookie was and is delicious, though. Of course, I added a ton of chocolate chips.
