So last night I was watching Grey's Anatomy and what do I hear, but words of wisdom that fit with me at this moment.
Cristina: “Being aware of your crap and actually overcoming your crap are two very different things."
I am so aware of all my crap and laxatives don't seem to work to get rid of it. Reading books point me in the right direction but it's that letting go, not thinking about it so much, that I have problems with. Is it that I like my crap? That I'm comfortable hiding with the stench that is my crap? It is a familiar stench after all. But maybe I'm ready to spray some air freshener and eliminate at least a little of my crap.
