It seems the best gifts in life are those that are intangible. Relaxing in front of a warm fire with a favorite beverage and those we love. Something we do so many times in our life without giving much thought until Valentine's Day rolls around. For me, it's those simple things that we do everyday that add up to a lifetime of Valentine's Days.
This Valentine's Day will be spent simply, a home cooked meal, the company of those I love, some cuddle time and good music.

it's called "security" - security in our love, in our lives... that's where true happiness lies. the simple things and just appreciating them. ours, too, will be a quiet evening at home w/homemade pizza, a glass of wine and a little heart-shaped cupcake. and i count you and our quiet, supportive friendship amongst my blessings, m'dear. :D
For somebody like me, security doesn't come easy.
