Today, I opened my mailbox and what do I find, but this Morning Mantra quote.

How often have we been told "you're only as old as you feel"? It seems today I need that gentle reminder, the same reminder that a puppy growing into a beautiful dog brings. Dogs live, they show the same exuberance for life even as they age and their body slows down. Dogs live each day to the fullest.

*Millie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy belonging to my mother-in-law. She is eight months old and a wonderfully sweet pup.
