An Enso a day helps keep me centered. It's a meditation practice and I do this each morning, although not with a dandelion. This came about as a result of this discussion. Visit Blue for more on Enso and to see some wonderful, beautiful paintings.

Thanks blue, you are an inspiration. Pershaps, some day, I'll venture further with a paint brush. For now, though, I'm happy with Enso.
