I baked these today following this recipe. I filled mine with strawberry ice cream and topped them with chocolate sauce. Much easier than I expected. I will definitely make these again, maybe with a cream filling.

I've had them with cream filling, too. I googled the recipe, too. Found that hers looked the easiest. I'm finding I like her cooking methods.
