A Day

It was such a beautiful day yesterday. Sunny skies, warm temps, lots of snowmelt but today, it is raining. It’s a cold rain that chills to the bone. While I was enjoying the nice February weather, my stomach was in knots, just a little, as severe storms were making their way through Oklahoma. I watched the radar and knew M was in no immediate danger but still, it didn’t stop me from worrying. Areas reported baseball sized hail and tornadoes north of OK City. I know it’s just the beginning especially for a meteorology major. She was excited and watched the storm safely.

Wishing I’d done my errands yesterday instead of waiting.
