A Lighthouse?

IMG_0786copy

In landlocked Oklahoma? An unexpected surprise located on Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City. It is a working replica of a lighthouse found in Nantucket. It was such a beautiful morning. I wish my last two mornings were so peaceful. This morning, my coffeemaker wouldn't even start. Yesterday, it made unnatural sounds. I unplugged and decided on espresso only thing is, the little espresso cup, thingies where the ground coffee are getting plugged (the holes). I love the coffee that comes from that machine but the brewing cup has these holes that sometimes plug. And this morning was one of those mornings.

And let us look at my flash. A flash that when it works is wonderful but the when is so iffy. I give up. Since the new camera won't always recognize the flash, I'm throwing in the towel. I lost this battle and won't be buying a new one any time soon, not unless I start making money of my own.

And with that, it's time to start the day. I'd rather hide under the covers all day.

Oh...I know the feeling of those days! Especially bad with coffee issues! Sounds like you and Wonder Dog need a long nature walk.

Coffee issues in the morning are never good!!

I love the Lighthouse, never would expect it there, but it does look like one on the east coast.

I found a book from 1945, in good shape, at a flea market called This is Photography Its Means and Ends by Miller and Brummitt. It was a whole dollar. If you are interested, I would be happy to send it your way. It reminds me of you. Thought you would get a kick out of it. I love the chapter, There are tricks of the trade. Very funny book! Let me know.

Have a good night.
