A Leaf

Clinging

My head is full of thoughts but they won't make their way to my fingertips. Spent a restless night, watching nature's light show and listening to the wind driven rain. Soothing but still, sleep was slow to come and too short.

I LOVE this shot, Bonnie. I gasped when I saw it. Wonderful! I know what you mean about sleep...last two nights have been restless.

I was just sitting here, surfing and a mosquito hovered in front of me!! Ack!! Hope I got it but I doubt it. They always head to the hardest spot on the ceiling for me to reach.

Thanks Shirley.

autumn will do that, i think. at least for me, autumn always makes me more reflective, introspective and quiet. i think, again for me, it's nature's way of quieting down after the craziness of summer. wishing you quiet joy... and no mosquitoes.
