Food for thought this morning as I deal with extended family issues. As I tend to be harder on myself, I think I will take this mantra to heart and try to be gentler with myself as well as those around me.
On the Santa Coke, for some reason, it appears to me that cola just tastes better when in a Santa can. :)

Good move Bonnie...I think we have to start with ourselves and work outwards...it's often the hardest thing of all to learn to love ourselves, and if we can't do that, and love ourselves enough to treat ourselves gently, and with respect, what hope do others have of us?

PS: can't drink coke out of a can at all these days...make my teeth curl...bottle coke zero for me...or that chino one...guess you'll have tried that...coffee and coke...me, I've been converted to reduce my daily caffeine intake with AltaRica decaff...now there's a caffeine drink without the caffeine...

I pour it into a glass (or use a straw). Normally, I drink Diet Coke or Pepsi. Nope, haven't tried the Coke with coffee, yet. AltaRica must be a UK thing.
