Morning has broken

Well, I've tried to upload an image at least 3 times and seems that the morning is not the only thing that has broken. You'll just have to use your imagination to see the beautiful morning light, filtering down through a tree-lined street and mist rising from the dew laden lawns. Sometimes, the morning light is just perfect and you make that turn and find a quiet street that seems to be tucked away and protected from the noise of ever increasing traffic and construction.

Dang, the phone is ringing. That will jar one from a reverie. Life, it marches onward, whether we're in line or not.

Happy Friday! I'll try to add the photo to this post later or maybe upload it to flickr to link here. Time to walk the Wonderdog. :)

Back from our walk and thought I would try the photo. I had to clear my cache but here it is the morning as seen on yesterday's walk. Funny, how the memory of the morning can actually be more real and beautiful than the image produced by the camera. Perhaps it's the lack of smell and touch.

For today's walk, I left the camera behind preferring to instead concentrate on the walk and just enjoying the moment. :)

looks like nicer weather than the duck weather we have here.

I'm getting the vibe here Bonnie...but you're right...your reverie and enthusiasm for description purveys it far more than the photo. I think that's why I moved on from photos to painting. But with your fabulous description, I can feel it, I can smell the air...thankyou!

Thanks Michael! Rain is in our forecast but fall like temps, too! :)

blue, you are kind. Maybe someday, I will find it in my heart to pick up a brush again. It's just been too long.

wynne, I hope the rain has stopped! I used to always carry the camera with me but just knowing it was there, sometimes stops me from just walking and right now, that's what I need to do. A walking meditation with The Wonderdog finding surprises along the way. :) I do look forward to fall for the lighting change and beautiful color. Hugs! :)
