I have always firmly believed that people enter our lives for a reason, whether those, chance encounters or long lasting friendships. Help can take many surprising forms, if we open our hearts to the idea.



And sometimes, our own kind words can be just the helping hand needed to shine a little light on another's dark, pathway. Walking with them for a bit, lightening their burden if only by listening.And yet other times, help must come from within ourselves. In those quiet places we go to search out meaning and truth.



Help, though, is always just one person away. Be it within yourself or the kindness of a stranger who becomes a friend in that moment.
