Life Is A Highway

I started this entry a few days ago. It started out, Life is a highway but unfortunately my ability to ride it all night long is diminishing and I sometimes need a little "tow" to keep me going.

Life is a journey, the highway has many twists and bumps along the way. Without that little "tow" to help me along the way, I'm sure my progress on the highway would have been much slower. And a heck of a lot less enjoyable. As Mater (Movie Cars) says. "I know I made a good choice." in "...My bes' friend." Those friends have come at just the right time along my journey to guide me along to the next step. I am continually learning more about myself and the world around me through my friends and even strangers that enter my life just for a blip but somehow impart wisdom along the way.

Enjoy your journey, even along life's broken, bumpy roads.

*Image--Cleveland, Ohio entering Dead Man's Curve (aptly named as the curve is hairpin and many have met their end on this curve). Another as exiting and/or twisting through the s-curves.

And one for a bit more fun..... Mater, who chooses his friends wisely.

Storms moving in so logging off.....

Thanks Shirley. It's a thought process I've long held.
