It must be Monday!! A 7am wake-up call, no make that bell ringing, as in the doorbell. The roofers are here and ready to work. It's 7am after a stormy night. Storms and Cassie do not get along. It's 7am and it's summer! The time when I get to sleep late, well, later than 7am! My life is about to become very noisy with the pounding of roofing materials and the howling of The Wonderdog. Teenaged daughter, I'm sure she'll sleep through this racket as the doorbell didn't phase her.Don't get me wrong, glad they are here and getting started, just thought I had at least another hour.

It was a rough start to the day. We took off for a bit and that helped. I think I've a break tomorrow and the work resumes with the siding on Wednesday.
